1. What is Embody Adult Dance?Embody Adult Dance offers engaging adult dance experiences designed to help you reconnect with movement, build confidence, and have FUN! From HBCU-inspired majorette to themed dance experiences and private celebrations, there's something for every grown-folks mood!
2. Do I need dance experience?Absolutely not! Beginners, former dancers, and everyone in between are welcome. Our experiences encourage participants to move at their own pace, with modifications offered when appropriate.
3. What should I wear and bring?Wear comfortable clothing you can move in and supportive athletic shoes. Bring water, a small towel, and your energy! Specific attire recommendations may vary by experience.
4. What are the class protocols?We want everyone to have a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience! Please keep these expectations in mind:
Arrival: Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in and get settled. Classes begin promptly at the scheduled time.
Registration: Advance registration is required. Each participant must have their own paid reservation and completed Participation Agreement & Liability Waiver.
Age Requirement: Our adult dance experiences are for guests ages 18 and older unless otherwise stated.
Participation: Move at your own pace, follow instructor guidance, and take breaks or modifications as needed.
Respect the Space: Be courteous to fellow participants, respect personal boundaries, and follow studio guidelines.
Photos & Recording: Respect others' privacy. Please obtain permission before photographing or recording fellow participants.
Good Vibes Only: Come with an open mind, positive energy, and a willingness to have FUN!
5. Do you offer weekly classes?We're currently offering scheduled pop-up dance experiences as we explore additional dates and opportunities for our growing community. Join our Priority Interest List for upcoming announcements!
6. Can I book a private dance experience?Absolutely! Embody Adult Dance offers customizable private group experiences for birthdays, girls' nights, reunions, celebrations, and other special occasions.
Private experiences start at $250, with pricing based on group size and selected experience.

7. Can I bring a friend?Grown Folks Majorette is one of our featured experiences! Additional dance styles and themed experiences will be available for public and private events.

6. What dance experiences are available?8. Are registrations refundable?Of course! For public classes, each participant must register individually and complete the required participation agreement. For private experiences, your group size will be included in your customized booking arrangements.
9. Will photos or videos be taken?Photos and videos may be captured during our experiences. Participants are given a separate opportunity to authorize or decline promotional use of their identifiable image, likeness, and voice.
Public class registrations are nonrefundable for participant cancellations and no-shows. If Embody Adult Dance cancels a class, registered participants will receive a full refund.
Private event payment and cancellation policies will be provided before a booking is confirmed.
