All clients that purchase a class/ session and/or participate agree to the contents below.

1. I understand that all classes are non-refundable and non-transferable. If I'm unable to attend, I will send someone in my place. 

2. All fees must be paid in full before attending any class/ session/ experience.
   

3. I agree that neither Embody By V nor its affiliates are liable in any way for my personal belongings during my experience or after.

4. I understand that experiences with Embody By V may be physically demanding. I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there may be a risk of personal injury, releasing Embody By V and its affiliates of any liability of any kind.

5. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns, or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims whatsoever against Embody By V or its affiliates for any personal injury or wrongful death caused by negligence.

6. I understand that Embody By V will capture images and videos during my experience. I authorize consent to the use of the aforementioned for promotional purposes that include but are not limited to its website and social media. I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the content.
