*All registrants agree to the terms listed below.
1. Video and Photograph Release
I hereby grant Embody By V, LLC the permission to use video and/or photographs of me to publicly promote Xtreme Hip-Hop Step Aerobics with Veneshia and any other dance fitness and wellness experiences hosted by Embody By V, LLC. I also understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.
2. Injury Waiver
In the event of injury I do not hold Embody By V, LLC, its associates, or affiliated business partners liable in any form or fashion.
